We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards for on-line payments including MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron.

Cancellation of Courses of Treatment by Fulwood Dental Centre
Sometimes appointment times and dates may need to be changed for unavoidable reasons. Fulwood Dental Centre will make every reasonable effort to give our patients as much notice as possible. However, our maximum liability will be limited to a refund of the advance payment fee ONLY if a mutually convenient appointment cannot be agreed upon. Refunds will be made by the method in which the treatment booking was paid. Fulwood Dental Centre will not accept liability for any additional costs or losses incurred by a patient or organization that may claim to have arisen due to treatment cancellation. Fulwood Dental Centre reserves the right to vary arrangements for the delivery of a treatment plan and will make reasonable efforts to inform patients in advance.

Refund Policy
You may cancel a course of treatment for which you have booked an appointment and receive a full refund for any treatment not yet performed, provided you give Fulwood Dental Centre a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice. If 24 hours’ notice is not received, Fulwood Dental Centre reserves the right to withhold a proportionate amount of money, based on the length of the appointment, to cover overheads. However, this does not apply to NHS appointments, but Fulwood Dental Centre reserves the right to discontinue any NHS treatments and/or future care under the NHS.

Fulwood Dental Centre will refund the money to patients who wish to discontinue treatment at any time. A 14-day notice period is required, upon which they will be eligible for a refund of any amount paid for treatment that they did not receive.

If a patient is receiving any treatment that involves laboratory work and initial work has been carried out—such as crowns, bridges, or dentures—and the laboratory work has already been started or completed, a proportion of the fee taken at the preparation appointment will be kept to cover the laboratory invoice. If no fee was taken at the preparation appointment, the patient shall be liable for the lab fee in full. Fulwood Dental Centre shall provide the lab invoice for reference.

Please be aware that for NHS courses of treatment, the proportion of the fee is set by the NHS Business Services Authority, not Fulwood Dental Centre.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and confirmation of your request.

If you have paid and booked a consultation (£25.00) and services have not yet been provided, we will refund the transaction within 48 hours by the original payment method.
